Shipping Locations
- Orders primarily ship from North Versailles Township, Pennsylvania.
- Some items may ship directly from an international manufacturing partner.
- Orders containing items from different collections may arrive in multiple packages on different days.
Processing Times
- In-stock items: Ship within 2–5 business days.
- Custom-order items: May take up to 15 business days to process. Once processing is complete, custom orders may take an additional 2–5 business days to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times indicate when an order is expected to ship, not when it will be delivered. Delivery times vary by shipping location, destination, and carrier.
International holidays may occasionally affect processing or shipping times. Contact us before placing an order if you have questions about an upcoming holiday, or contact us for an update on an existing order.
Shipping Delays
If we cannot ship an item within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated shipping date. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a full refund.
